DESIGN & PLANNING

Each project begins with a detailed analysis and rigorous planning. We optimize technical solutions for efficient execution, transforming architects' and designers' concepts into precise production plans. We work with dedicated software to ensure compatibility between materials, finishes and manufacturing methods.

JOINERY & MATERIAL PREPARATION

The materials are carefully prepared to guarantee impeccable execution. We cut, mill and process MDF, chipboard and solid wood, using precision equipment to maintain high quality standards. Each piece is checked before moving on to the next stage of production.

CNC MACHINING & FABRICATION

For complex details and high-precision execution, we use 2.5-axis CNC equipment, along with engraving and laser cutting techniques. This stage allows us to create customized shapes, decorative elements and technical components adapted to each project, regardless of the complexity of the design.

FINISHING & PAINTING

A quality finish makes the difference between an ordinary product and a premium one. We apply professional paints, varnishes and special treatments to obtain uniform, durable and aesthetically impeccable surfaces. The finishes are carefully selected to perfectly match the project requirements and the characteristics of the materials used.

METALWORK & ASSEMBLY

The integration of metal components requires precision and experience. We process steel, aluminum and other metals, creating resistant structures and personalized details. We use advanced welding, cutting and finishing techniques, ensuring perfect compatibility between metal parts and wood or other materials.

ASSEMBLY

The last, but essential, step is the assembly of each piece of furniture. We assemble the components, test the functionality and check the execution details to deliver a perfect final product. When necessary, our team also takes care of the installation at the client's location, ensuring optimal integration into the intended space.
